I believe that Jesus Christ is the one true Saviour and I believe in the Word of God, the Holy Bible. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sins and that He is the Son of God. I believe and know that He also died for you.
I have been a Christian all my life. As a child I always knew that God was there, somewhere, watching over me. At the age of 14 I had an experience that left me in no doubt that my Lord and Saviour is Jesus Christ. I made a commitment at that age to accept and follow Jesus for the rest of my life.
I have been a member of various churches as I’ve grown up or shifted. For 10 years my husband, our family and I attended Heatherton Christian Resources Centre (now known as Kingston City Church) and were active members and leaders there. With our daughters grown and making their own life decisions, Graham and I then moved to Bayside Church, Cheltenham, Vic and were active members there for 5 years before shifting to the Dandenong Ranges. My husband was on the media team and me on the business ministry team.
Today we are members of Belgrave South Baptist Church and I manage their website, assist with photography and we’re on the Welcome team as well. I have been a member of the worship team too, as I love to sing very much and when there is a Christmas choir my husband and I are members.
